Terrific Tuesday

So today, my twin brother and I went out to have an all you can eat sushi lunch. It was AMAZING (Like usual). If anyone is ever in Mississauga, I highly recommend Kanda Sushi. We had tempura, maki, hand rolls, sushi, chicken, green tea and ended off with some lovely red bean ice cream. After wards, we drove to the mall to get some Christmas shopping done. While there, we decided to pop into the pet store to check out the animals. Personally, I think pet stores shouldn't be selling puppies and kittens when there are so many without homes in the world. PLEASE ADOPT! Anyway, we were browsing the birds when we caught sight of this one funny looking finch. His feathers were all ruffled and he could barely stand on the perch (Check him out in the video below)! He was so cute! If he wasn't over $100, I totally would have taken him home. Hopefully he'll get a home soon.

Back in the hood

So I'm back in my hometown for the holidays. I was hoping to get some relaxing in, but there's so much I have to take care of! I have to move (again), do Christmas shopping, schedule a drivers test, get a job and so on! Holy moly! I just want to kick back for a bit, but tomorrow I'm off to my college's town to pack as much as I can and bring a lot of stuff home. I'll try and shoot off another post later today. Keep it cool!

Don't you love it when something amazing happens in your life and you didn't really expect it? I guess it's like one of those patience things (patience is something I lack). I think I'll look at it more like I'm a nice person, so what goes around comes around.

I bet you all are wondering why I'm in such a randomly good mood (or why I'm "glowing" haha), welllllll~
I met a girl. However, she has a boyfriend (the big ol' bad B word). I know, what you're thinking: "QUIT WHILE YOU'RE AHEAD!" but no. They have an "open relationship" and she's totally bi (a good B word :P). I totally won her over with my chivalrous charm. Ok maybe not, but I was really nice to her and she liked me :). We immediately became fast friends (and how could I not show interest in her? She's so friggin cute!) and then... bang. Well, not really bang per say, but still!

I have no idea where this is going to go, but I know not to expect much. Ima just go with the flow and ride it out.

In other news... IT'S ALMOST CHRISTMAS! I'm soooooooooooooo excited! I hope Santa will be good to me!

The beginning of the end is the beginning of the new

Hey All,

I know that I have been totally MIA for the last while. I don't really plan on catching up with everything I missed reporting on, but I will give a wee summary where I'm at now:
-I've dropped out of school
-I'm living at home
-Looking for a job
-Am on a journey to wellness
Sounds exciting, eh? I'm sure that there will be some interesting things going on in good ol' Mississauga during the holidays! So I'll be sure to keep things as upbeat and interesting as I can! I am also happy to announce that I will be once again be in the dating scene again! So if you're a pretty lady, don't be afraid to contact me! (You know I'm joking though).
I'm really excited to start this new chapter of my life! Wish me luck!

Febuary already!

It's been ages since I have posted anything! I'm sorry for anyone who was following me. I'm going to try and get back on track perhaps in late March. I'm moving AGAIN! So I'm uber busy with that and my school work. I'll be sure to take pictures if I do anything interesting during class.

Vertebrate Biology - Birds

So today in our Vertebrate Biology class, we got to dissect some ducks! I was able to grab the best duck (a beautiful adult male wood duck). I couldn't help but pluck a few of his nicer feathers to add to my collection that I've started. Too bad a lot of them were covered in blood already.
